Clear annual pricing for digital access to PlingPass, purchased per workplace.
Free for people looking for shifts
Creating a profile, finding shifts and expressing interest are all free. Companies pay to use PlingPass.
Annual price for companies
SEK 2,000 excl. VAT
SEK 2,500 including 25% VAT
The price is for one workplace for one year.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically each year. A customer legal company has one coordinated subscription for its workplaces.
Cancel renewal from company Billing. Paid access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not itself trigger a refund.
Digital access
Access is digital and starts after verified payment, subject to company approval and other eligibility checks for publishing. There is no physical delivery.
Companies using PlingPass are independent. Employment or contracting arrangements and payment for work are agreed directly between the company and the worker outside PlingPass.
Adding workplaces
- With at least six months remaining, the added workplace is priced through the existing renewal date.
- With less than six months remaining, the added workplace receives a new year and continuing workplaces are extended to the new common renewal date.

For billing errors, service problems or refund requests, contact us with the invoice reference. We review each case individually.
